Customer Service and Delivery Policy
On Track Parenting, is committed to delivering you high quality training on time according to the agreed schedule.
Product delivery will be either electronic or physical.
All electronic product delivery will be notified via email so that you have the opportunity to download the content to your own PC to consume as is convenient.
All physical product delivery will be either inclusive of shipping costs or you will be notified of any shipping costs at the time of checkout so that you can make an informed decision. We do not have any flat shipping rates that we use, as it varies on a case by base basis depending on the weight and size of individual parcels. All shipping costs will be clearly labeled.
Delivery timeframes vary from state to state because of the large geographical distances within Australia. All deliveries are shipped from Perth WA. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery to capital cities is consistently 3-5 business days from time of purchase. Delivery to regional areas is 1-2 weeks from time of purchase.
If there is a longer than usual fulfillment time all customers will be notified within 2 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
On Track Parenting will ship products to customers both in Australia and Internationally as requested. We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post.

On Track Parenting offers a wide range of products and services. As a result there is no one standard refund policy that covers all products and services.
The refund policy varies from product to product in terms of duration and terms and conditions associated with the refund. The refund terms and conditions for each individual product and service is stated in the ‘Guarantee’ section of the sales letter for that product.
